How do I use the Shopping Basket?

If you are interested in purchasing an item - press the "Buy Now" button for that product.

If you need more than 1 of the item - (for instance 4 corsages) - add each item to your shopping cart individually, or change the amount on the right hand side of the screen.

If you have trouble with the  color - please type the instructions into the box provided for each item.

How to Place an Order for Something Different?

You can still place an order through our e-mail below - stipulate what you are looking for - what colors - and we will send you a quote for the entire order.

Please note:  if you have a picture that you love but we do not have it here - please e-mail the picture to us and we will give you a quote on the item.

What is your Return Policy?

If you are unhappy with your purchase of our products we will gladly accept the item back for the purchase price minus the shipping costs.   You must return the item within 5 days of your receiving the product. The product must be in its original shipped condition. The item must be shipped back to us at your expense and the package must be securely wrapped.

Custom made veils that have been custom made to your special specifications are final sales and can not be returned.  Regular listed veils are of course returnable.

We will accept no returns after the date of your wedding!

Shipping charges are free in the USA and 9.95 in Canada

Regular Shipping - takes 4 -10 business days

We hope that you do not wait until the last minute to order for your wedding.  But if you do - please remember - everything we make is custom made to your specifications - custom made items take time.

What if I do not have a Credit Card?

We do accept Checks and Money Orders for your items. Send us an email and we will give you further instructions.
